沈括

 

沈括（1031—1095），字存中，杭州錢塘（今浙江杭州）人(rén)。北宋科(kē)學家、政治家。


【嘗　茶】


誰把嫩香名雀舌，定來(lái)北客未曾嘗。

 

不知靈草天然異，一夜風(fēng)吹一寸長。


【詳解】


沈括在其所著《夢溪筆談》中記述：“茶芽，謂之雀舌，麥顆，言其至嫩也。今茶之美者，新芽一發，便長寸餘，其細如(rú)針，惟牙長者爲上品，以其質幹、土(tǔ)力皆有餘故也。北人(rén)不識，誤爲品題，如(rú)雀舌、麥顆、極下材耳。”
